CASp Services®  Pricing

The following is provided to assist in budgetary planning, only.

Contract amounts and services provided are subject to individual agreements.

 

Public Accommodations and Commercial Facilities

(Privately Funded public accommodations and commercial facilities)

Preemptive CASp-inspections (Qualified Defendant1 status) - $150. / hour, or $0.25 /sqft for Structures and .10¢/sqft for site inspections.

After a construction-related accessibility claim has been filed - $250. / hour, or $0.45/sqft for Structures and .20¢/sqft for site inspections.

1CA Civil Code 55.52

Qualified Defendant – means a defendant in an action that includes a constructionrelated accessibility claim that is asserted against a place of public accommodation that has met the requirements of "CASp-inspected" prior to the date of being served with a summons and complaint in that action.
