Doug has spent the last twenty years working as a building inspector for the Cities of San Leandro and then Livermore. He has been a combination inspector, plans examiner and certified building official since the early 1990s. Most recently he has been certified as a green building professional as well as certified access specialist. Doug is authorized to provide CASp certified inspections and reports by the California Division of the State Architect.
Recent Accomplishments:
- Conducted field surveys for Wood Architects providing independent review of complaints regarding Park Properties belonging to the City of San Francisco.
- Completed site surveys for various strip mall shopping centers located in Lodi and Sacramento for owner Chris Gianulias.
- Provided inspection of all types of construction for The City of Livermore. These included large retail, medical centers, commercial buildings as well as residential structures both single and multi-family.
