Brian has been in employed in city and county government building inspection for more than 24 years.  He has been employed as a building inspector, plans examiner, building official and department director.  He has owned his own Contracting business and holds three California Contractors Licenses.  Brian is an International Code Conference Master Code Professional, Building Code Official, Electrical Code Official, Mechanical Code Official, Plumbing Code Official, Housing Code Official, and Accessibility Inspector/Plans Examiner.  He holds fifty varies ICC Certifications.  Brian obtained his Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco.  Brian has been an instructor for building codes for community colleges and the inspection industry.
